Boating laws in Oklahoma are very simple: If you are 12, 13, 14 or 15 years of age and operate a boat powered by a motor more than 10 horsepower, a sailboat 16 feet or greater in length or a personal watercraft (PWC), you are required to successfully complete a boating safety education class.
