The Marina is one of the best-kept secret fishing spots on Fort Gibson Lake. Fort Gibson Lake is home to Perch, Crappie, Sand Bass and Blue Catfish, as well as non-fished species stocked to maintain the ecology of the lake. The Oklahoma State record for a Blue Catfish, weighing in at 82.7 pounds, was caught right here at the marina and released at our breakwater. This fish and many more like it await you at Cypress Cove Marina & Cabins.
Heated Fishing House
The local fishermen and the marina have spent years developing the cove, creating breeding grounds and special beds for our native species. This has made the cove a much sought-after spot to fish not only from our docks, but also our 22 foot Heated Fishing House, the ONLY Heated Fishing House on the lake. Cast your line even when the weather isn’t ideal.
To ensure the cove is not "fished out" and each fisherman has the space and privacy needed to be successful we offer two types of memberships to fish at the marina:
- Daily Memberships: Offer access to our year-round, heated fishing house and the public access areas of the marina during regular business hours.
- Yearly Memberships: Fish year-round! Your Yearly Membership offers use of not only the heated Fishing House and public access areas but all accessible areas of the marina 24/7. That's right, with a Yearly Fishing Membership we give you a set of keys to our little slice of heaven so you can fish when YOU want to!
Fishing Memberships can be purchased by calling 918-687-4073 or come in to the Giggle Fish Grill and purchase at your convenience.
